CrossFit Level I Trainer

Casey graduated from Northridge High School where he played football. He then attended Hocking College where he graduated with a degree in Natural Resources Law Enforcement to later pursue a career with Columbus Metro Parks.

He has a beautiful wife named Chelsey that he fell in love with way back in the early days of high school. He has one 1 German Shepherd named Dakota, and a dirt bike that he stores in inappropriate places, such as his living room.

Casey’s number one piece of advice for his athletes is “just smile”. This is something that he tries to do and work on daily. Life makes it hard to stay upbeat sometimes, but when he gets stressed or upset, he falls back on ” just smile”. It’s amazing what two simple words can do for your outlook on life.

Casey loves photography, hunting, and really anything that allows him to use his fitness outdoors. Casey has a real life crush on Kip Moore, enjoys making everyone smile, and we are blessed to have him on our team.

“Inviting, passionate, committed, pragmatic, driven full of bad-assery. That's CrossFit Veneration in a nutshell.”

Jill Jackson

“I can tell you that no two classes have been the same. If you are of the older generation, don’t think for one minute that you can’t do one of these workouts. The Coaches have modifications and more modifications; so age, weight, or flexibility is not an acceptable excuse!”

Cheryl Williams

“If you aren't in this box you should be! You're missing out on kick ass coaches, kick ass equipment, and a kickass environment.”
