CrossFit Level I Trainer
Kaleb has been doing CrossFit since 2009. He was drawn in by his stepdad, Eric who was interested in trying CrossFit long before CrossFit was mainstream. They were attracted by rumors of it being very bare bones and raw, and they were hooked by the community. His competitive personality paired very well with the atmosphere.
Kaleb coached CrossFit Kids for a long while before engaging in “All Levels” coaching. Kaleb’s coaching strategies, fundamental mechanic awareness, and problem solving skills are world class. Kaleb excels in gymnastics movements and enjoys experimenting with new ways to manipulate movement to find a higher level of efficiency and efficacy. Kaleb finds fulfillment in seeing people achieve things that they once said they could not do. He makes great effort to show people that they are a lot stronger, both mentally and physically, than they ever dreamed.
Kaleb is inspired by his community and his friends. He looks forward to each day in the box to hang out, train alongside, and coach the most dedicated and energetic people around. Kaleb’s hobbies outside of the box include riding his dirt bike, mountain biking, eating food and taking naps.
