Coach CrossFit

Level I Trainer

Lisa attended school at Wheeling Jesuit University where she played soccer. She then went on to nursing school to obtain a master’s degree in nursing. She currently works  in the PICU at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Lisa has a wonderful family, her hubs Drew and their baby Rocco. They have two dogs, Zelda and Syd (Syd acts more like a cat than a dog). Lisa has a great passion for working out along side of her CFV community and loves hanging out with her family. She enjoys cooking, baking, and crushing her cheat meals… her favorite being pizza or cookie dough! Although her favorite sport to play is soccer, her favorite sport to watch is football. The best advice Lisa has received that she would like to pass on is to do what makes you the happiest, not matter what other people think. Lisa believes that starting CrossFit back in 2012 was the best decision she has ever made (aside from marrying Drew, of course). The community is second to none and it is so fun that “often times it doesn’t even feel like you’re working out”. Her future goals are to be the best wife, mom, daughter, sister and Christian she can be.

“Inviting, passionate, committed, pragmatic, driven full of bad-assery. That's CrossFit Veneration in a nutshell.”

Jill Jackson

“I can tell you that no two classes have been the same. If you are of the older generation, don’t think for one minute that you can’t do one of these workouts. The Coaches have modifications and more modifications; so age, weight, or flexibility is not an acceptable excuse!”

Cheryl Williams

“If you aren't in this box you should be! You're missing out on kick ass coaches, kick ass equipment, and a kickass environment.”
