One of the things I love about our methodology of training is that there is always a progression.

Not to be confused with the mindset of, “I’ll be happy when…”

But rather, the mindset of “there is always something to work on”.

There is no “peak” in your health or fitness.

Being 1% better every day will lead you to accomplishing your goals and beyond, and that is everything our program is build upon.

There is always something to get 1% better at.

Whether that be a movement, your mindset, your nutrition, your strength…

As long as you’re improving yourself by that 1% each day, you will find the success you are striving for.

Today I challenge you to make the decision to do just one thing that will make you 1% better!
