At Veneration, we offer two session lengths – 30 minutes and 60 minutes – designed to provide a world-class training experience within a time-efficient framework. Our clients are busy, high-achieving adults who simply do not have the time or desire to spend hours in the gym. We honor their commitment to their fitness goals by promising efficient, effective training that delivers results within these 30 or 60 minute windows.
It is critical that we respect and adhere to these session lengths. Failing to do so not only compromises the quality of their experience but also erodes the trust they place in us. If we run over time, rush through training, or fail to respect their schedules, we violate our brand promise and set a precedent that undermines consistency and commitment.
Clarity is the greatest gift we can give our clients. Our use of client-facing timestamps ensures that clients know exactly what to expect and what is expected of them, providing a clear structure that maximizes their training experience. Additionally, it holds us accountable to delivering on those plans. When we honor our time commitments, we reinforce our dedication to their success and maintain the integrity of our program.
