For the next 5 days I challenge you to stop and do 20 burpees when you are feeling overwhelmed.
Exercise reduces the body’s stress hormones. It also triggers the production of endorphins which are the chemicals in the brain that elevate your mood and are natural painkillers.
In addition to this, when you exercise for an extended about of time you will feel the emotional benefits. As your strength grows and your waistline shrinks your confidence will improve and you anxieties will begin to weaken.
If you have a lot on your mind that is keeping you in a funk – I promise you that 20 burpees will help flush out those demons.
