It’s critical to understand who we serve so we can be intentional in how we serve them.
We help high achieving adults find fitness and community. High achieving adults often pursue careers that require advanced skills, education, and dedication. Therefore, many of our clients are:
- Engineers in software, data and cybersecurity
- Trade and skilled professionals: electricians, pilots, operators
- Real estate investors and developers
- Doctors, physicians, surgeons
- Dentists, chiropractors, therapists
- Nurses and nurse practitioners
- Veterinarians
- Pharmacists
- C-suite Executives (CEO, COO, CMO, CFO, etc.)
- Educators, consultants, economists
- Attorneys and lawyers
- First responders, officers, special forces and agents
- Founders, owners, entrepreneurs
- Investors and bankers
- Analysts
- Salespeople, managers, department heads
- Architects and designers
Of course we serve clients outside of these professions, there are just some examples. We also have clients that are on the fringes of this core avatar, such as youth athletes, young adults, and elderly individuals, but it’s important to understand this is not our core audience. A large majority of our clients are parents. Many of them stay at home with their kids and are provided the opportunity based on early success in their career or spousal support.
Again, it’s critical to understand who we serve so we can be intentional in how we serve them.
When our clients come to us, they are often overweight, out of shape, operating at high levels of stress and lacking confidence. Their health has taken the back seat to their careers. They have worked hard and achieved monetary riches, but their wealth is suboptimal because their health is suffering. Their lifestyle and experiences during this season of their life are a fraction of what they could be due to their lack of fitness.
Our program is perfect for beginners because:
- Beginners need to learn and earn the seven foundational movement patterns
- They need frequency of exposure to drive adaptations
From time to time, a high achiever will come to us having already attained a good level of fitness and health and they are looking for a community of like-minded adults to journey with. They are often involved in extracurriculars such as golf, volleyball or basketball leagues, for example. For these clients, the training and coaching they discover in our program supports consistency and maintains their hard earned fitness so they can look and feel better than they ever have in an environment they thrive in.
Our program is perfect for veteran trainees because:
- They have time in the trenches so they have been strained under weight, learned to move well and are conditioned for immense progress
- Their experience allows them to know how to push thresholds and to thoroughly understand stimulus prescriptions like Rate of Perceived Exertion and Reps in Reserve.
- Getting into the neuromuscular competent: people who know how to push have a more developed nervous system. They know how to recruit high threshold motor units. They know how to dig deep on the big movements like the squat, press and hinge patterns.
- This allows them to get a lot more output from less input with the full body method. This is vital, because the people we work with over long periods of time don’t have problems pushing outside of their comfort zones or moving well. They do tend to have incredibly busy schedules and large responsibilities, resulting in just three days each week to train (sometimes only two on rough weeks). We can lead them to continued progress without pain, injury, or boredom with proper full body training.
In any case, our clients are time crunched with a stack of responsibilities including their families, their careers and involvement in extracurricular activities – both their own and their loved ones. They have mentally taxing tasks, busy schedules, long days and commutes, so simplicity and ease of use is critical for them to comply with our program. Ease of use should not be confused with easy training.
The Veneration Method is perfect for beginners, veteran trainees, and everyone in between who want to:
- Get strong
- Lose or keep body fat off
- Have healthy hearts and lungs
- Gain lean tissue
- Look and feel good
- Have better sex with their partners
- And be more confident than ever
All while needing flexibility for an unpredictable schedule. Our clients train smart, work hard, and stay safe in our structured and progressive program.
Designed with professionalism, it helps them increase their fitness levels without overwhelming them with inappropriate movements, doses, or methods. We accomplish all of this in a fun and exciting environment of supportive peers that isn’t boring like the traditional gym or random and ineffective like bootcamps or group fitness models. Because when you’re putting time and effort into your training, you need to see the fruits of your labor. A professionally built full body training program is the path to achieve just that.
